Before your visit

A building rule or blocked service elevator can change the appointment. Include those details when you request a quote.
Clear access to the job
Pick up small belongings and clear a path. Tell us about stairs, gate codes needed on arrival and any furniture that must be moved. Agree on the items and rooms before work begins.
Fabric care and drying
For rugs, sofas and mattresses, send the care label. Leave time for drying; fabric, airflow and humidity affect it. Worn fabric, dye loss and contamination inside padding may remain after cleaning.
Sofa or upholstery
Send a full photo, a close-up of the stains and the care label if you can find it. Include the number of seats or approximate size.
